Refund policy

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, except for custom-made items unless they were damaged during shipping. PLEASE NOTE:  ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES. 

 

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, notify us immediately for prompt resolution.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item after your return is processed.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary. We do not take deposits. We have retainer fees to start the process and hold your spot of an order. They are non-refundable.
